How to participate
Since May 2017, Le Cercle de la Compliance’s Board of Directors has decided to create working groups reserved exclusively for the association’s members that will work on the issues and questions raised by the recently implemented Sapin law. In fact, four working groups were formed following the first meeting which was held on Tuesday, May 30th, 2017 and was dedicated to discussing the practical implications of the entry into force of the Sapin 2 law.

The working groups are reserved exclusively for members. To participate on a committee, members need only to sign-in to their account and select the committee or committees that they are most interested in. Once registered, members will receive e-mail updates on the committee’s activities and be able to sign-up for whichever meetings they are interested in attending by contacting the committee leader. The groups may be thematic or issue focused. They are intended to bring together Compliance professionals as well as people that may be interested in or affected by these issues.
