Catherine Delhaye has been president of Le Cercle de la Compliance since November 2017 and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of a large French multinational since 2012.
She is on this company’s management committee and operational risks committee.
Catherine Delhaye began her career at the firm Alain Bensoussan as a lawyer specialized in IT. She joined Accenture as general counsel for the West Europe region, and become Deputy General in charge of the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America region in 2007. She was appointed as Regulatory, Ethics and Compliance Global Director in charge of compliance at the local and global level.

Having begun her career in the legal department at Shell Chimie in 1998, Cécilia took the bar in 2000 and then practiced at the firm Baker & McKenzie for 8 years in Paris and Vietnam. In 2008, she returned to practice as inhouse counsel for a medical device company belonging to the private equity firm Warburg Pincus, where she was general counsel and chief compliance officer internationally.
Practicing independently since 2012, she assists companies with implementing compliance programs and more specifically those for fighting corruption. She has lived and worked in Nigeria, in Gabon and in London, where she assisted another company of the Warburg Pincus firm in an 18-month assignment.
Internationally, he is a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales) and the French representative to the Advisory Forum Working Group of the IVSC (International Valuation Standards Council).

Daniel Tricot is a business arbitrator and mediator. He holds an agrégation (associate professor level after competition) and a PhD in law. He is an elected member of the governing council of Unidroit (Rome), vice-president of the Commission for Examining Commercial Practices (CEPC), president of the French Association of Doctors in Law (AFDD), president of Le Cercle de la Compliance (CDLC) and co-president of Web TV Law & Business Management [www.tvdma.org]. He is also vice-president of the Legal Committee of the French Institute of Directors (IFA) and a member of the Committee of Financial Law of Paris Europlace. He was a lawyer for nearly 30 years, a university professor, dean of the Dijon School of Law and a judge. He was a justice with the French Supreme Court between 1991 and 2002 and senior justice beginning in 1999. He was also president of the commercial, financial and economic chamber of the French Supreme Court between 2002 and 2007.

Emmanuel is particularly involved in the fields of international criminal law and human rights, companies’ social responsibility and sustainable development.
Lastly, Emmanuel has developed expertise in the field of combatting terrorism, notably in terms of the legislative tools adopted in recent years in the field, as he is interested in the implications of this new legislation on fundamental rights and freedoms.
He holds a DEA (pre-doctoral degree) in general private law (Paris-Panthéon-Sorbonne, 1986) and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1988 and on the list of lawyers with the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2005. He is a member of the Bar Association and an expert with the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE).
Before founding VIGO with Christine Carpentier and Julie Ferrari, Emmanuel was a partner in the firm Stasi & Associés (1999) and prior to that of the firm Farthouat, Stasi and Asselineau (1995).
In addition, he is a member of the FIDH’s legal action group, member of the Committee of Wise Men and director of the ethical mutual fund (SICAV) Freedoms and Solidarity (FIDH), mission delegate with the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), director of the Alliance of Lawyers for Human Rights (AADH) and he lectures at the Paris Bar Training School (EFB), the National Magistrates School (ENM) and the National School of Firefighter Officers (ENSOP). He is also a member of the scientific committee of AJ Pénal Dalloz and of Revue Lamy.

He holds a Master’s degree in business law from the Sceaux law school (Paris XI) and is a graduate of Sciences Po in Paris and from the ESSEC.
He regularly participates in training and speaks at conferences in Europe pertaining to anti-corruption, internal investigations and compliance in the non-commercial sector.
