More than a theme or a sum of compliance subjects, compliance is viewed through a comprehensive and strategic approach of a company’s economics in all of its operation, governance, business and human relations aspects and daily business.
This is the spirit in which we have developed this training-workshop, which will first offer you the opportunity to approach compliance through its main key elements that are common to all issues involved and indispensable for an efficient and constructive strategy for companies.
- Workshop no. 1 on September 25, 2019, beginning at 5:30 p.m.: an approach through risks and risks management
=> Beyond the classification of risks, a strategy for managing risks is based on adapting measures to be taken to the foreseeable risks involved
- Workshop no. 2 on October 7, 2019, beginning at 5 p.m.: monitoring stakeholders and third parties
=> An evaluation of all of the third parties through a systematic approach of the categories of third parties, “effective beneficiaries”, “politically exposed persons” or “PPE” and through adapted and effective tools
- Workshop no. 3 on November 13, 2019, beginning at 5 p.m.: all international sanctions
=> The reactions and strategy to be adopted for embargoes, asset freezes and all categories of national and international sanctions
- Workshop no. 4 on December 9, 2019, beginning at 5:30 p.m.: relationships with supervisory authorities outside of, prior to and during audits or investigations
=> The various supervisory authorities in charge of compliance subjects (AFA, AMF ACPR, AdlC, HATVP, CNIL, etc.) and the strategy for relationships to maintain with them over the long term, to prepare for any audits and during any audits, investigations or consultations, etc.
